Garnish to Go is nothing short of a revolution in the delivery and cooking of fresh protein >>

Revolutionary Packaging Technology now allows retailers to seal seafood, poultry or meat, along with a garnish selected by the customer, into a take-home, fully cook in bag ovenable pouch.

	Select your preferred cut >> Customers select their preferred whole fish, fish fillet or cut of poultry or meat for Garnish to Go preparation.
	Select your garnish >> Customers select their preferred garnish option, which is then applied immediately, right in front of them.
	Selection packaged >> The garnished cut is then placed in its Garnish To Go pouch ready to be sealed.
	Selection sealed >> The Garnish To Go pack is then sealed. The pack is now completely leakproof and odourproof, and will keep the contents colder for longer on the trip home. Refrigerate, or Freeze once home.
	Pierce packaging and cook in bag >> Within 36 hours, the customer simply removes the pack from the refrigerator, pierces the film, and places the enitre pack on an oven tray into a heated oven. Full instructions on reverse of pack.
	Serve >> Once cooked, remove from oven and leave to stand for 60 seconds. The simply cut open the package, plate up, and serve. Healthy, very flavoursome, and no messy dishes!
