Free Standing DL-SOUD packaging machine

The Free Standing DL-Soud packaging machine option provides flexibility and additional space, mounted on its own wheeled table. The flexibility of simple re-location also enables the retailer to provide the "theatre" when creating in-store demonstrations. The system carries the 150 metre Alpamer packaging roll underneath the dispenser. The leading edge of the Alpamer packaging remains rebated inside the dispenser, allowing the operator to simultaneously seal the Garnish To Go pouches without any interruption. Dimensions (including space for effective usage) are 650mmW x 1150mmH x 537mmD (including tray)

Bench Mounted DL-Soud packaging machine

The Bench Mounted DL-Soud packaging machine system is designed for situations where floor space is limited. It can be positioned on a bench (needs to be tethered to the rear wall for stability during operation) or wall mounted. The system carries the 150 metre Alpamer Packaging Roll positioned above the dispenser. The leading edge of the Alpamer packaging remains rebated inside the dispenser,  allowing the operator to simultaneously seal the Garnish To Go pouches without interruption. Dimensions (including space for effectve usage) are 650mmW x 485mmH x 490mmD (this includes 200mm clear bench space at front of machine).

Venus

The Venus sealing system is designed for situations where the retailer wishes to offer the Garnish To Go pouches only (there is no facility to dispense the Alpamer Roll). The clamshell design and deep base allows for simple packaging and excellent presentation of oven-ready cuts.
