Peter has been involved in the export sector since graduating in 1985. His wide range of experience includes specialized seafood marketing, international banking both in New Zealand and London and an early stint in the New Zealand meat trade. He has developed Bounty Cuisine from its inception and has continued driving the growth to where it is today.
